Personal data we collect

When you browse the site you do not need to give us any personal data. Our hosting provider automatically records the technical data needed to deliver the pages and keep them secure, such as IP address, browser type, device and time of the request.

When you fill in the quote questionnaire we receive the data you choose to give us:

• the couple’s names;
• an email address;
• a phone or WhatsApp number (optional);
• the details you share about the wedding and the website you would like, for example date, place, number of guests, languages, sections and style.

When you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the data contained in your message.

Purposes

We use personal data to prepare your quote and reply to you, to discuss and build your wedding website, to manage the contract, to keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Legal basis

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How we protect data

Data is processed electronically with appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Service providers

We share personal data only with the providers we need to run the service:

• Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting of this site and of the quote questionnaire.
• Resend Inc. (United States): delivery of the questionnaire answers to our mailbox.

We may also share data with professional advisers and public authorities when the law requires it. We never sell personal data.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers take place in compliance with the GDPR and the applicable safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.

How long we keep data

Questionnaire answers and messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. If you become a client, we keep the data needed to manage the contract and to meet legal and tax obligations. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period.

Your rights

Within the limits of the law you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to hello@monohere.com.

Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta or the authority of the country where you live (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
